With a property, the first photo often decides whether someone clicks on. That is why we shoot in HDR and flambient technique, so that rooms look bright, natural and inviting. On request you get drone shots as well, showing where the property is and what is around it.
Videography
With video you feel a space instead of just seeing it. A property walkthrough conveys a real impression of the rooms. A property presentation adds drone shots, lifestyle scenes and, on request, a professional voice-over. For social media we cut short reels in portrait format that get seen on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
360° tours
With a 360° tour people can view the property whenever and wherever they like. That means fewer but much better viewings, plus more clicks and longer viewing times on listings. You can embed the finished tour on your website, in listings and on social media. It suits residential and commercial property, hotels, showrooms, offices and development projects.

What is the difference between HDR and flambient photos?
With HDR we layer several differently exposed photos so that bright and dark areas are equally visible. With flambient we take several shots with targeted flash and combine them in Photoshop with a shot in natural light. Both techniques make rooms look bright, natural and real.
What does a 360° tour bring to marketing?
Prospects can view the property virtually whenever and wherever they like. That means fewer but much better viewings, and listings get more clicks and are looked at for longer.
Do you also shoot drone footage of properties?
Yes. If you like, we add drone shots to the photo set that show the location and surroundings. Only certified pilots fly, and we obtain the permits.
